Location

St. Michael’s Food Pantry
5 So. Naches Avenue
Yakima, WA 98901

Hours:
Fridays – 10:00 – 12:00 noon

We are closed the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Eligibility:

No ID required. We will only ask the number and ages of persons in your household, for statistical purposes.

How it Works

Recipients queue outside the basement entrance to wait their turn as the space is small and can only accommodate 2 shoppers.  Upon entrance, some statistical information is gathered. Recipients’ names are not collected and never reported to the funding agencies, only household size and ages of family members.

Recipients can choose from a designated number of items on shelves and tables, ending up at the window to see what frozen and refrigerated items may be available that day.  Recipients are encouraged to bring bags, but bags/boxes are available for those who don’t.

How to Donate and Volunteer

We accept donations of non-perishable food from community groups and individuals.
