DESCRIPTION:Let the City Speak is a week-long\, valley-wide series of workshops\, conversations\, film screenings\,\nand a free community concert featuring Quetzal\, the Grammy Award–winning East L.A. band\nknown for community-based cultural and social-justice organizing.
